At Katzen Orthodontics, are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. We are also unique in that each of us have been treated by Dr. Katzen so we have an excellent understanding from the patient’s perspective.
Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Donna - Business Manager
Donna has been in the orthodontic field since 1983, working in both the administrative and clinical areas of the orthodontic practice. She has been the Business Manager and Treatment Coordinator for Dr. Katzen since 1995. She brings to the team not only a degree in business but also a love of life and people. Her great sense of humor helps her relate well with people. Outside of work Donna enjoys sports and working with animals. She is also very active in her church.
Kathy – Communications Coordinator
Kathy has been with Dr. Katzen since 2006.She is the smiling face that greets our patients as they come and go and attends to the administrative details of the front office. She enjoys helping patients coordinate their appointments with their busy lives. She loves spending time with her family and dogs, baking and shopping.
Erin – Orthodontic Technician
Erin is an expanded functions orthodontic technician and started with Dr. Katzen in 1990. Her compassion for people and love for children enable her to work well with kids that are fearful of getting braces. She gets a great sense of personal fulfillment when she can convert an anxious child to one who enjoys coming to their appointments. She especially likes working with her hands and is frequently involved with various craft and decorating projects around the office. When not at work Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and son camping, hiking, and boating.
Alisha - Orthodontic Technician
Alisha is an expanded functions orthodontic technician and has been with Dr. Katzen since 2005. She has a natural rapport with people and works extremely well with adults as well as children. She enjoys spending time with her husband, camping and fishing.
